United
Way of Merced County is adopting a new way of
doing business in order to better serve our community.
As we transition to the Community Impact model,
we are expanding our traditional role as fundraiser
to include Community Solutions Provider. We are
proactive in assessing our community's needs and
form new partnerships to address problems and
issues. Our measure of success is the degree to
which we impact community conditions and serve
