Hinds Hospice Merced

Hinds Hospice Merced is a non-profit agency that provides in-home care and aid to people in the final stages of their life. These services are also available for patients in skilled nursing hospitals and residential care facilities as well. Their mission is to uphold the dignity and ease the suffering of the terminally ill while supporting their loved ones and those who are grieving.

The Hospice Care Team consists of highly-skilled nurses, social workers, chaplains, home health aides and volunteers that honor the wishes of both the patient and family while providing end-of-life education. Their Center for Grief and Loss and Angel Babies, provides compassionate bereavement counseling to individuals and families who are mourning a loss.
